How do I get coins?+
Recharge from the in-app Wallet. We accept UPI, cards, NetBanking and popular wallets via our secure payment partner.
I was charged but the call did not connect.+
Coins reserved for a call that never connects (declined, missed, or cancelled while ringing) are refunded automatically — check Wallet → Transactions for a "call refund" entry.
How do I become a listener?+
Open Settings → Listener Mode and apply. Once approved you can accept calls and earn per-minute payouts.
How long do withdrawals take?+
Pending withdrawals are usually approved within 24 hours. Once approved, UPI payouts settle within minutes through our payout partner.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings → Account & Data → Delete my account. Withdraw any unpaid earnings first — they are forfeited on deletion.
